DESERT STREET LIFE

“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page. St. Augustin

″A traveler without observation is a bird without wings.” Moslih Eddin Saadi

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” Mark Twain

I took those two photos this winter when I went to Tunisia to see my family. The first is a guy selling harissa in the middle of the desert. I love those little hot peppers but I had no idea why he was selling them there because they was really no one around, but he seemed to know what he was doing.
The second is a food market in Tozeur, I loved the city it was calm peaceful .A sweet little village in the middle of the desert .

Your quote about people who don't travel is kinda true I guess, but it's a little depressing for people like me who don't have the money or the opportunity.

:(

you are totally right as a student I understand totally , if my family wasn't spread around the globe It would have been probably difficult to travel too :(
