So I am back to blogging again, I quit missed it I must confess. :) I am also back to Canada my classes start this evening, I am also quite excited about that because its my last year. But I was surprise about how cold it is here, and it made me miss the hot Mediterranean weather , so I decided I would post some of the pictures I took during my first morning in Nice. I do miss the sea a lot but since its probably my last year here I will try to make the most of it, and really enjoy this year :)
Here are some nice quotes I found :
Sadness flies on the wings of the morning and out of the heart of darkness comes the light. ~Jean Giraudoux
The time just before dawn contains the most energy of all hours of the day...When I wake to see that it's light out already, I feel like the world has started without me. ~Terri Guillemets

Hi!
About the rainbow cupcakes. I used food colouring and divided the batter into 6 small bowls - one for each colour of the rainbow. Then I carefully layered the batter in the right order into cupcakes silicone moulds. Then I just baked as normal and added bubblegum pink frosting.
